“Don’t Get It Twisted”

Good morning everyone! This is another day God created and it’s pregnant with possibility!

Let me jump right in. The dialogue about race is dominating media, political, entertainment, government, family, education and religious conversations because of the tragic circumstances surrounding the death of George Floyd.

As it should, because without honest dialogue about race the devil will continue with his strategy of hate, murder and divide and conquer. Racism is demonic, satanic and comes straight from the pits of hell and ANYONE that advocates it is demonic, satanic and is led by the forces of hell.

With that said, I am a Black man and I TOTALLY embrace my Black culture. I wouldn’t trade my culture for any other culture in the world. And at the same time I can embrace other cultures without disdain and hate.

The reason I can do that is I don’t confuse my culture and skin color with my true identity.

I IDENTIFY as a SON of GOD, an HEIR of GOD and JOINT HEIR with Jesus Christ (Roman 8:17). Heaven is my home and my mission is to partner with my Heavenly Father to make earth more like heaven (Matthew 6:10). Everything else is a distraction (1 Corinthians 7:35).

I can’t get that twisted or I could easily become more of the problem than the solution.
